Tōon

Tōon(東温市 Tōon-shi) is a city in Ehime Prefecture, Japan.
Tōon hosts a Pumpkin Carnival(どてかぼちゃカーニバル dotekabocha kānibaru) in early September that may be a good place to get pumpkins for Halloween activities.
