Saijō

Saijō(西条市 Saijō-shi) is a city in Ehime Prefecture, Japan.
Saijō is one of the few municipalities in Ehime to employ a CIR.

History
The city was founded on April 29, 1941.
On November 1, 2004 the city of Tōyo and the towns of Komatsu and Tanbara merged into Saijō.
