Ikata is located on the westernmost tip of Shikoku, on the Sadamisaki peninsula. Its winding white beaches slip into the Uwa Sea on the south and the Inland Sea to the north, surrounding Ikata and its people with the beauty of nature. The climate is balmy and warm, averaging 60°F year-round. The residents of Ikata are just as warm and friendly; we welcome you to come see the beautiful mountain and ocean vistas of Ikata.
