"Hana" means nose in Japanese, and this park is said to be named for the way it sticks out into Ikata Harbor. It is located less than 2 miles from the center of town, and is a popular spot for summer ocean swimming and fishing.
Here you can also find seawater pools designed for young children and toddlers, campgrounds, outdoor cooking pits, the Muronohana Seaside House, and much more. The pool is open during July and August; you can enjoy the other facilities year-round.
