Ikata on Wikipedia: Good!
![]()
People across the globe know that Wikipedia, the encyclopedia that anyone can edit, is a great source of information. It has become one of the most popular websites on the internet by harnessing the collective knowledge of mankind.
I’m proud to announce that the Ikata, Ehime Wikipedia article has been promoted to Good Article status. As of this writing, only 2,840 (about 1 in 700) articles on Wikipedia meet the Good Article criteria. What is a good article?
- It is well written.
- It is factually accurate and verifiable.
- It is broad in its coverage.
- It is neutral; that is, it represents viewpoints fairly and without bias.
- It is stable; that is, it does not change significantly from day to day and is not the subject of an ongoing edit war.
- It contains images, where possible, to illustrate the topic.
The Ikata, Ehime is all of those things, so check it out and learn more about Ikata’s history, culture, politics, industry, and more!
Note: Wikipedia articles’ contents can change at any time, hopefully for the better, but occasionally for the worse. The version that was promoted to Good Article status was this one, dated 11:54, 4 September 2007. The Town of Ikata takes no responsibility for the contents of this or any article.
