Sister City visitors

Thursday, March 22nd, 2007

Chris and Meg W. of Red Wing, USA (Ikata’s sister city) were kind enough to travel halfway around the world to attend the Ikata Junior High School graduation ceremony last week. Chris and Meg have been very active participants in the Ikata-Red Wing student exchange program for many years, both hosting Ikata students in Red Wing, and chaperoning Red Wing students during their visits to Ikata.

Thank you both for taking time out of your busy schedules to visit us! The students’ and their families are very grateful that they were able to share this important academic milestone with you.
